The Guizhou unit of North China Power Engineering Co – part of the Beijing-based China Power Engineering Consulting Group Co, Ltd – started operating on March 3 in Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, located in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
The subsidiary is due to construct projects involving thermal power generation, new energy solar power, wind power, hydrogen energy, as well as smart city projects and environmental treatment projects in Guizhou during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-25).
North China Power Engineering Co, or NCPE, is a national backbone enterprise for large-scale engineering surveys and designs, engineering consulting and general project contracting.
It has independent foreign operations rights, foreign trade rights, as well as more than 20 kinds of industry qualifications.
Apart from consulting, surveys and designs – as well as general project contracting – the company can undertake project management, project supervision and equipment manufacturing supervision of engineering construction in various sectors, among other things.
