Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) administrated by Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, was recently approved as an implementation unit for a technological financial innovation service special plan.
A total of 58 national high-tech zones across the country obtained such approval, which was announced by the Torch High Technology Industry Development Center affiliated with the Ministry of Science and Technology.
This special action is intended to speed up the improvement of the national high-tech zones' technology financial system and to financially empower the high-quality development of national high-tech zones, high-tech enterprises and high-tech industries.
According to the action plan, it will support selected national high-tech zones and branches of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China to jointly build 10 technological and financial innovation service centers.
It will also help another 16 national high-tech zones, such as Xi'an National High-tech Zone and Guiyang HIDZ, to cultivate technology and financial innovation service centers with branches of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
The aforementioned zones and bank branches are expected to implement technology financial data sharing, product innovation, strategic research, commercialization of research achievements, talent training and competitions.
