The Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) ranked first in Guizhou province for its business promotion work performance in June in South China's Guangdong province, Guiyang Daily reported.
Guiyang HIDZ is located in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
Since this year, Guiyang HIDZ has implemented enterprise introduction and business promotion actions centering on the requirements of Guizhou's industrial investment promotion and Guiyang city's industrial development vision.
Government officials have sought business information and project requirements in Guangdong province, with 63 enterprises being visited and studied.
Meanwhile, the business promotion officials from Guiyang HIDZ conducted in-depth negotiations with 28 companies and successfully invited them to examine the business environment in Guizhou.
Statistics from Guiyang HIDZ show that up till now, it has signed intentional investment agreements with 23 enterprises and transformed intentional agreements into formal investment agreements with eight enterprises.
Additionally, Guiyang HIDZ has provided one-to-one investment services such as industrial and commercial registration, site selection, on-site visits and investigations for enterprises from Guangdong which come to invest in the zone.
Due to the efforts, 17 enterprises that have signed investment promotion agreements with Guiyang HIDZ were landed or started construction.
