"Thanks to the zone's help, we've successfully obtained loans and solved our major financing problems," said a staff member from Guizhou Xinliyuan Technology Co Ltd on Feb 22. The company is located in Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) in Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
According to the staff member, the company was approved for technology loans of 3 million yuan ($463,500), helping its business expand smoothly.
The company is a technology enterprise that provides automobile inspection services. In January, after implementing the new regulations on motor vehicle inspection standards, it was tasked with the transformation and upgrading of some inspection stations. However, a lack of funding stood in the way.
Officials from Guiyang HIDZ's entrepreneurship service center learned of the situation during visits to companies and coordinated financial institutions to address the issue.
The company's capital turnover problem has now been resolved, and it has successfully signed an order worth nearly 4 million yuan.
Guiyang HIDZ will continue to offer services and help tackle problems for companies in the zone.
