The project is a technological innovation for the already-industrialized ternary material NCM523, which creatively solves the shortcomings -- such as low specific capacity and poor high-voltage stability -- of NCM523 due to structural mixing. The project adopts a wet batch mixing and gradient crystallization process unique to Zhenhua New Materials to control the uniformity of material element distribution and the structural integrity of the crystals. At the same time, it aims to prepare spherical or spheroidal particles and reduce the contact area between materials and electrolytes. By combining this with element doping and surface coating modification, energy density, the materials' safety performance, its rate performance and its cycle performance are further improved, and high-energy density nickel-cobalt-manganese ternary cathode material ZH5000BDS is produced to meet the needs of electric vehicles.
