This project focuses on the three key technologies: the spatiotemporal rules of vehicle travel on urban roads, the accurate forecasting of traffic at intersections and urban intelligent traffic signal control, so as to develop an urban intelligent traffic signal control platform based on traffic big data and the carrying out of demonstration construction in Guiyang. The product, with independent intellectual property rights, will alleviate current urban congestion and drive the rapid development of the transportation big data industry in Guiyang.
