By combining inspection and testing with cloud technology, the testing capabilities of food and food-related products have been strengthened. Through the application of Internet of Things in food-testing instruments, the standardization of testing processes and the informationization of laboratory management, food testing and inspection big data is accumulated. By conducting research and through the application of big data mining technology, standards for cloud technology applications are formed, and the application of cloud technology in food testing is realized, providing information services for government departments, food enterprises, testing institutions and the public.
