This project intends to innovate new ways to exploit the potential for arable land based on the integration of geographic big data, and to overcome the key challenges of mining for new arable land, such as sporadic land development, upgrading and fragmentation treatment in rural land remediation areas. Rural land remediation potential evaluation and target area screening technology system for excavation of new arable land, and relevant evaluation software systems are now developed. Focusing on the introduction of capital and technology and management innovation, constructing a new land remediation operation mode of "government + enterprise + research institute (talent team) + finance (capital)", with the core of the transformation and applications of land remediation technology being its achievements, the shortcomings in capital, technology and management of the finance-led traditional rural land remediation operation modes are overcome. Against the background of the rural revitalization strategy, and based on innovative technologies and models, the project selects typical county areas to carry out demonstrations of the application of the results and help county-level government to obtain land remediation and increase the income of new arable land, so as to support the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
