By taking advantage of the safe and speedy payment system of China UnionPay, a recent project has solved the problem of slow vehicle exits in traditional parking lots by adopting intelligent financial terminals supporting micropayments that automatically start billing via the cloud after identifying the plate of an entering vehicle. When the vehicle exits, the parking fee will be automatically be paid in the cloud (China UnionPay quick pass) through using the online license plate number and a valid bank card. At the same time, the parking fee can be paid offline through a UnionPay financial IC card, an NFC mobile phone and more. The use of Internet Plus to innovate payment methods and upgrade traditional parking lots not only provides a safe and convenient experience for vehicle owners, but also improves the efficiency of parking lots. As the project continues to develop, the goal of one parking lot for one city will be achieved, and the obtaining of block data such as urban traffic and security will be easier.
