CETC Big Data Research Institute Co, as a new collaborative innovation entity jointly established by China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, Guizhou Provincial Government and Guiyang Municipal Government, is the main participant in the application and construction of the Big Data Application on Improving Government Governance Capabilities of National Engineering Laboratory. It is mainly engaged in big data technology research and development, data collection, storage, analysis, mining and transformation of results, data operations and other services.
As the country's first national engineering laboratory in the field of big data, the laboratory is committed to implementing the national strategy for big data development and improving the modernization of government governance. With the goal of constructing the national big data (Guizhou) comprehensive experimental zone, and according to the needs of the government in governance, it has launched big data applications for comprehensive decision-making, social management, public services of the government, big data basic research platform for improving government governance capabilities, big data open cooperation platform for government governance application, and big data frontier technology innovation platform.
