Industry, livelihoods enjoy a boost in Wudang

Wudang district has continued to promote industrial development, improve public services, and strengthen grassroots governance since 2025, while encouraging political advisors to work closely with communities, villages, and enterprises to help address issues of public concern.

The district visited and surveyed nearly 100 enterprises to better understand their needs related to industrial development and project construction, helping coordinate solutions to practical difficulties and the following up on the progress made. Suggestions on improving scenic area roads and expanding agricultural product sales channels have also received support and adoption from higher authorities.

Through community consultation and grassroots coordination, Wudang has helped resolve many nagging issues, including road paving, drinking water safety, and safety hazards in old residential communities.

The district has also carried out supervision and research on matters such as campus meal safety, revitalization of idle assets, talent housing, and elevator upgrades to ensure public welfare projects are implemented.

The district has also organized public welfare activities, including educational assistance, free medical consultations, and grassroots medical training programs, serving more than 100 residents and training 14 grassroots medical workers.
