Wudang's hot springs combine tourism, health wellness

The Wanxiang Hot Springs, located on Xintian Avenue in the Wudang district of Guiyang, has seen an increase in the number of visitors coming to enjoy its therapeutic hot springs since the beginning of winter.

The Wanxiang Hot Springs area is a large-scale resort complex that integrates leisure, wellness, tourism, and health management. It features a hot spring center, a resort hotel, private hot spring villas, a Miao-Dong-Yao traditional Chinese medicine center, and more. The site is a national AAAA-level tourist destination.

"We have more than 50 unique hot spring pools, including herbal pools, Miao medicine pools, red wine pools, flower petal pools, vegetable pools, fruit pools, and even hot pot pools, catering to a variety of wellness needs," said Zhao Liangxi, assistant general manager of Wanshang Hot Springs. "In addition, we are dedicated to exploring the Miao-Dong-Yao medicinal culture, offering services like 'hot springs + physical therapy' and 'hot springs + healthcare', which have become very popular among visitors."

The resort regularly hosts themed activities, family events, and wellness programs, and it receives over 200,000 visitors annually.
