Two livestreaming and entrepreneurship training sessions, organized by the Wudang human resources and social security bureau and hosted by Guizhou Practical Technology Vocational Training School, attracted 130 students from Guizhou Education University.
The training helped participants clarify their career paths, assess their entrepreneurial qualities, and receive expert guidance. The program aimed to inspire students' enthusiasm for online entrepreneurship, instill a scientific entrepreneurial mindset, and cultivate innovation, integrity, compliance, and cooperation. The offline training sessions enabled participants to interact in real-time, significantly enhancing their learning experience and outcomes.
Beyond offering tailored training programs to equip students with entrepreneurial skills, the bureau also provides policy insights and business guidance, helping them navigate their career paths in a new environment and addressing their employment needs.
The bureau has established a comprehensive follow-up and evaluation mechanism to ensure training effectiveness. Regular check-ins and assessments allow continuous optimization of training content and methods, ensuring every participant benefits from the program.
