In Xiaba town, Wudang district, Guiyang, cherry blossoms have entered their flowering period and are almost white as snow. Cole flowers planted in the cherry blossom garden are also in full bloom, creating a golden sea of flowers.

Apart from over 10,000 mu (666.67 hectares) of cherry blossoms, the town also boasts a variety of other flowers, such as pear blossoms, pear blossoms, and peach blossoms.

Wei Jiayuan, a local resident of Dinggu village, Xiaba town, who owns a local agri-entertainment business, said that although there are quite a few visitors coming to appreciate the cherry blossoms, the peak period for visitors is during cherry-picking season. During this peak period, his restaurant can make a net profit of several thousand yuan in a single day.

Xiaba also holds events such as cherry-picking festivals at the end of April every year, promoting the development of a rural tourism system centered on cherry picking.

Known as the "hometown of cherries," Xiaba in recent years has also been growing fruits such as yellow peaches and crunchy plums, working to become a "town of a hundred fruits."
