A delegation led by Tan Bin, executive director of Guizhou Chemical Construction Recycling Co, held discussions in Wudang district on Nov 24, focusing on accelerating construction on the Guizhou Recycling Resources Smart Industrial Park.
Tan Bin stated that the construction of the industrial park will enhance the hazardous waste disposal capacity in Wudang and surrounding areas. It will also bring about the reduction, resource utilization, and harmless treatment of waste in Wudang and surrounding areas, bringing about significant economic and social benefits.
The company will leverage its many years of industrial experience to introduce leading domestic enterprises engaged in the recycling resources industry, achieving integrated development characterized by "agglomeration, scale, standardization, and informatization."
Ai Jiang, head of Wudang, said that the district is steadily advancing toward the goal of becoming a "zero-waste city" and accelerating the development of a green circular economy. Wudang will further strengthen communication with enterprises, make every effort to provide service guarantees for project construction, and step efforts to develop projects.
The Guizhou Recycling Resources Smart Industrial Park has a total investment of 1.49 billion yuan ($208.30 million). It focuses on the efficient recycling of resources and is driven by technological innovation. It will consist mainly of an intelligent dismantling and crushing center and an intelligent remanufacturing center.
