Wudang named among top 100 districts in national green development

Wudang has been selected as one of the country's top 100 districts in green development in 2023.

The list was recently launched by the National Information Center for Small and Medium-sized City Index, along with a batch of lists including the top 100 counties and cities in comprehensive strength, top 100 districts in comprehensive strength, and top 100 counties and cities in green development.

Environmentally responsible paths lay the foundation of high-quality development, a necessary condition for sustainable development, and an important embodiment of people's pursuit of a better life.

The green development index for small and medium-sized cities includes four primary indicators: resource conservation, green consumption, pollution control, and environmental quality. These are further broken down into 19 secondary indicators.
