Wudang promotes summer tourism in Chongqing

Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, organized a promotional event for summer tourism in Chongqing city on July 11, with officials from Wudang district participating.

Guiyang has a reputation for enjoying relatively cool weather in summer, while Chongqing is known for its extremely warm weather at this time of year.

During the event, Chongqing's citizens were invited to beat the heat and enjoy a cool and refreshing summer in Guiyang.

Wudang's officials also introduced local cultural tourism resources and summer tourism products.

They set up a booth on site, distributed publicity materials, provided on-site consultations for participants, and displayed Wudang's intangible cultural heritage and creative products.

Representatives of homestay owners from Baiyi town in Wudang also promoted local summer tourism products at the event.
