To promote the employment of colleges and university graduates, the bureau of human resources and social security of Wudang district has leveraged multiple channels to publicize employment promotional policies, including government websites, brochures, and text messages since the start of this year.

So far, more than 10 job fairs have been held on campus, with 1,560 jobs provided. And 1,097 graduates have inked initial employment agreements.

Among all the graduates working in the province, 2,961 are from local colleges and universities, while 254 are from other provinces.

In addition to promoting the graduate's employment, the bureau has organized five job fairs for other vital groups, providing 3,076 jobs and helping 523 people reach a preliminary employment agreement.

Moreover, 984 people who had difficulty finding jobs in the market were provided with public welfare jobs, and 1,713 people benefited from vocational skills training, which focuses on the industrial development and the recruitment needs of key enterprises.

In the second half of this year, Wudang district will continue implementing related subsidy policies to attract graduates to start their own businesses and work there.
