Construction of the Wudang garbage sorting center, a project aiming to improve people's livelihood, will be completed by the end of this year.
The center is located in Wudang district in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
It is understood that the construction area of the garbage sorting center is about 10,000 square meters, and it will be constructed in two phases.
It mainly includes sorting and rotating workshops, recyclables and hazardous waste temporary storage warehouses, as well as supporting deodorization systems, fire protection systems, production and management rooms, and publicity and education exhibition halls.
The project adopts physical dust suppression, chemical washing, and activated carbon adsorption deodorization process to reduce odor emission and improve odor collection rate.
When put into operation, it is estimated that the daily processing capacity will reach about 260 metric tons, which can greatly improve the efficiency of waste disposal and reduce disposal costs.
At present, the main structure of the project has been completely completed, and all the supporting frames have been dismantled. Next, the equipment and installation will enter the site one after another, according to the relevant person in charge of the sorting center project.
