Plum flowers are now in full blossom at Shangba village of Shuitian town in Wudang district of Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province. The blooming flowers cover an area of 3,000 mu (200 hectares) and attract many visitors. According to a local official, more than 930 farmers in Shangba village are planting plum trees, and the plums will ripen in July or August, attracting visitors to pick the sweet fruit.
