The newly-launched tax service platform has benefited enterprises in Wudang district in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
Over a half month period, the percentage of Wudang companies activating the tax platform has rapidly increased from the initial 56.23 percent to 92.36 percent, ranking third among the districts and counties in Guiyang city.
The tax service platform is a unified working platform established by the Guizhou Provincial Taxation Bureau. The program is WeChat-based and services tax authorities at all levels and taxpayers in Guizhou province.
It provides users with tax-related reminders, online tax appointment information, 24-hour intelligent consultation, live broadcasting and other functions.
The platform aims to improve interactive communication between taxpayers and provide taxpayers with more convenient "personalized" tax payment services.
