Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone has had 41 projects included in the List of Major Projects and Key Projects in Guizhou Province for 2026, which was announced on March 1.
Of Shuanglong's selections, more than 50 percent are industrial projects, including new industrialization, tourism industrialization, and industrial-supporting infrastructure. Eight projects focus on industrial parks and logistics infrastructure, and seven are civil aviation projects covering various aspects such as financial leasing of aircraft and engines, aviation material rotation, and engine warehousing.
Thirteen projects cover residential development, the big data industry, hotel supporting facilities, and other fields.
In terms of construction status, over 60 percent of Shuanglong's projects are ongoing, seven are newly initiated, four are in their final stages, and five are preparatory projects.
