In 2025, Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone focused on attracting talent guided by enterprise demand and on cultivating talent in cooperation with universities, providing solid support for regional industrial development.
Shuanglong organized 22 enterprises offering more than 300 positions to visit eight universities outside the province — including Sichuan University and Tianjin University — and recruit talent. It carried out targeted campus recruitment and arranged for 78 companies to provide over 900 positions to graduates from six local universities such as Guizhou University of Finance and Economics. In collaboration with the provincial talent market, Shuanglong also brought together 85 companies with over 1,600 positions for a special job fair at Guizhou Normal University.

Shuanglong added 2,150 new talents in 2025, including 1,107 in the manufacturing industry and 602 in the big data industry, offering 2,492 job positions to college graduates.
It deepened cooperation among government, schools, and enterprises by inviting universities to visit enterprises for job expansion and to hold symposiums, building a bridge between enterprise employment needs and university talent output. These efforts stimulated talent innovation vitality and improved innovation efficiency in key areas.
Shuanglong will further intensify efforts to attract and cultivate high-end talent from outside the province and professionals in industries with talent shortages. It will promote a closer match between the talent structure and industrial layout and foster a talent development ecosystem that enables individuals to fully utilize their strengths and demonstrate their abilities.
