This event features both a night market and a job fair, combining the night economy with talent recruitment to create a relaxed and convenient communication platform for both enterprises and jobseekers. Many jobseekers spend their evenings talking face-to-face with company representatives and searching for jobs.
Gathering over 30 high-quality enterprises covering industries such as logistics, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing, the event provided over 400 job opportunities. The policy consultation and employment guidance area staffed by relevant departments and employment and entrepreneurship mentors provided services such as policy interpretation, social security consultation, and resume optimization.
The event attracted nearly 1,000 college graduates and young people. A total of 219 resumes were received, and 41 initial employment intentions were reached, expanding employment channels and receiving widespread praise from enterprises and jobseekers.
