The company has spent nearly a decade refining a platform that connects enterprises with freelance technical talent, serving over 3,000 corporate clients to date.
Founded in 2015, the company capitalized on the growing demand for flexible IT and internet talent by creating "Freeker", an online platform specializing in tech talent outsourcing.

The model quickly gained traction, exceeding 300 million yuan in sales within its first year. Today, its services have expanded to include software development, AI model training, digital content production, and operational outsourcing.
While the core team handles strategy, finance, and operations, the company coordinates over 3,000 pre-vetted freelance professionals nationwide, enabling it to undertake large-scale projects for major clients like Tencent, Meituan, and IBM.
Supported by the Shuanglong zone's business-friendly policies and practical assistance, the company reported a 16 percent revenue increase in the first half of 2025.
The company plans to deepen industry-academia partnerships in AI data training, optimize its service delivery, and establish a project outsourcing base in Guizhou province, continuing to drive growth and exemplifying the digital economy's potential within the Shuanglong zone.
