In preparation for the 2025 school year enrollment, Huang Minghai, a service specialist at Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone's "Enterprise Home", has been working closely with companies in the zone's advanced equipment manufacturing industrial park to help employees' children secure local school placements.

This initiative is part of the zone's proactive strategy to deliver tailored services directly to enterprises, addressing needs ranging from housing and logistics to education and operational support.
Launched as one of Guizhou's first pilot "Enterprise Home" platforms, the program integrates 23 departments and deploys 52 dedicated service specialists to provide end-to-end support — from policy consultation and coordination to complaint resolution.
By embedding service points in key locations such as industrial parks, logistics hubs, and commercial districts, the zone has effectively moved administrative support out of traditional government halls and into the heart of business activity.
For instance, at the zone's Airport Pharmaceutical Logistics Park, specialists offer bundled services to address operational bottlenecks, while in the multi-purpose commercial zone, businesses can scan QR codes to access guidelines, submit requests, or connect directly with "cloud service counters" for real-time assistance.
To date, the "Enterprise Home" initiative has handled 596 requests from 461 enterprises, maintaining a 100 percent resolution and satisfaction rate.
This model not only strengthens public-private collaboration but also enhances the zone's overall business environment, turning proactive service into a driver of sustainable economic growth.
Moving forward, the zone plans to further expand its reach and innovate its methods to enable enterprises to operate with greater ease and confidence within the Shuanglong zone.
