Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone and Longli county have jointly launched a cross-city mechanism to promote the handling of administrative services, enabling 58 high-frequency service items to be processed across different regions. This advancement in in-depth reform has led to a breakthrough in addressing high-quality development blockages.
Straddling Guiyang city and Qiannan Bouyei and Miao autonomous prefecture, the zone consists of both Nanming district and Longli county, making cross-city government services a long-standing challenge for local enterprises, especially those in Longli.
To address this issue, under the guidance of provincial and municipal government service centers, the zone explored diversified service models, coordinated with Longli county, and held special meetings on cross-regional collaboration.
This has resulted in the release of two lists, covering 48 public service items and ten administrative licensing items, which fall under the jurisdiction of the seven competent authorities of industry.
This has broken down administrative barriers and streamlined processes, provided greater convenience for residents and businesses, and marked an important step in regional coordinated development and governmental service innovation.
An official from the zone stated that, guided by the needs of enterprises and the public, further efforts will focus on optimizing the business environment, enhancing service awareness, and addressing more bottlenecks in the high-quality development.
