Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone has issued more than 69.54 million yuan ($9.93 million) in new loans to 46 businesses as of Dec 19 this year, providing targeted financing services to small and micro-sized enterprises. These results were achieved through joint efforts by the zone's small business financing coordination task force and local banking institutions.
The task force visited 299 enterprises and individual businesses, identifying financing needs and delivering tailored financial support. To ensure pro-business policies are effectively implemented, it has coordinated demand collection, policy matching, application review, and bank engagement to expedite credit approvals.
During on-site visits to industrial parks and communities, task force members assessed business operations and funding needs, explained relevant financing policies, and connected enterprises with banks to address common challenges, including complex, costly, and slow credit access.
Key information on business profiles, financing needs, and credit status is first compiled into an application list, where eligible enterprises must meet five criteria: compliant and sustainable operations, fixed business premises, genuine financing needs, sound credit records, and lawful use of loans.
After review, a recommendation list is formed, and enterprises are matched in batches with suitable banks based on their needs and lenders' service features, enabling more precise support.
The task force has also prepared a financing service handbook to help enterprises better understand policies and financial products, and will continue to strengthen coordination between businesses and financial institutions to support sustainable growth.
