Since the beginning of this year, the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone has been advancing the accelerated construction of its industrial parks while promoting the investment for its standard factory buildings.
So far this year, nine companies have signed contracts to settle in industrial parks throughout the zone, with an expected usage of 101,700 square meters of standard factory buildings.
Among the nine signed projects, four projects are in the Guizhou Shuanglong aerospace supporting industrial park, four are in the Guizhou Shuanglong special food industrial park, and one is in the Jiahai Industrial Park.
The Guizhou Shuanglong aerospace supporting industrial park is a significant government-led project with a scheduled handover in mid-April. Currently, it has completed construction on 380,000 square meters of buildings, and it is undergoing final work such as fire inspections. About 31 manufacturing companies have signed contracts to settle in the park.
The Guizhou Shuanglong special food industrial park has signed contracts with 13 manufacturing companies, planning to use 135,400 square meters of standard factory space.
The Jiahai Industrial Park is a third-party industrial park within the zone. Currently, the park's 51,000-square-meter standard factory building has completed fire inspection, with nine companies already signed up to settle in.
