The colleges and enterprises also engaged in in-depth communication involving the types of professional skills needed for enterprise recruitment, the quality requirements for employees, as well as student internships, job matching, career advancement opportunities, welfare benefits, and living conditions.
In recent years, the Shuanglong zone has attached great importance to the employment and entrepreneurship capacity of college graduates.
In order to attract more graduates to seek employment and start businesses in the zone, a range of policy support has been implemented in order to create a favorable environment for the growth and development of talents. These policies involve internship subsidies, housing guarantees, and settlement incentives.
