Guizhou Zhongyun Data Services Co's Guizhou intelligent computing center project has been recently awarded the key project of the national integrated computing power network (Guizhou) hub node by the big data development and management office of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
Located in the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone, Guizhou Zhongyun Data Services Co is a big data enterprise that renders data for companies in fields such as film and television, cloud gaming, and virtual live streaming.
Since 2019, the company has invested 45 million yuan ($6.26 million) into constructing a batch of data centers, thus venturing into internet data center operations.
As of now, the cumulative number of CPU nodes in the company's related data centers has reached 7,000, placing the company at the forefront in Guizhou in terms of scale.
Through data center rendering, the process of using software to generate images from models, dull images can be transformed into ones with more color, texture, and 3D effects.
"The company's recent development is connected to the Guizhou Shuanglong Economic Zone. Whether in terms of policies, office space, major project applications, or filings, the company has received strong support from the zone," Sun Jingyi, the company's general manager, stated.
In 2024, the zone will focus on industries such as the platform economy, artificial intelligence, metaverse, and data security, while continuously emphasizing investment attraction, creating a business-friendly environment, and providing policy support. These actions will further expand and strengthen the scale of the zone's digital economy.
