Last year, the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone actively promoted the cultivation of market entities, leading to major increases in both their quality and quantity.
In 2023, 1,776 new market entities were added in the zone, bringing the total number to 12,075. Among them there were 11 industrial enterprises above a designated size – those with annual output value of 20 million yuan ($2.8 million) or more, 17 service enterprises above a designated size, two wholesale and retail catering enterprises above a designated size, a qualified construction enterprise and a real estate company.
The zone has optimized its government service model, improved the government service platform, deepened the reform of government services, and improved government service efficiency.
Relying on the Guizhou government services network, all 582 government service matters can be handled online, and the processing time has been shortened by more than 80.39 percent.
In addition, the zone has implemented a three-year doubling action of industrial investment promotion by integrating policy, taxation, finance, talent, environment, market and other resource factors related to the development of market entities, as well as supported the cultivation of leading enterprises and the expansion of headquarters economy.
