The Cross-Border E-Commerce Industry Incubation Park of the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone and the China (Guiyang) Cross-Border E-Commerce Public Service Center were launched on Oct 12.

With a construction area of more than 2,400 square meters, it is a demonstrative park for cross-border e-commerce industry services built by the Shuanglong zone.
This comprehensive industry park integrates operational incubation systems, supply chain systems, talent incubation systems, digital marketing systems, and cross-border financial service systems.
It plans to attract cross-border e-commerce enterprises, cross-border e-commerce service providers, cross-border logistics, cross-border financial institutions, cross-border freight forwarders, overseas marketing and promotion companies, and supply chain enterprises.
It will provide cross-border e-commerce enterprises with technological innovation, business formats, and marketing model innovation, driving enterprise development and promoting the export of goods from Guizhou.
In 2023, the park plans to attract cross-border e-commerce enterprises to achieve a cross-border e-commerce transaction value of 200 million yuan ($27.35 million), and by 2025, it aims to reach a transaction value of 3 billion yuan.
The park has hired a group of cross-border e-commerce industry experts from Guiyang and Ningbo as consultants and issued appointment letters to them.
On the same day, the China (Guiyang) Cross-Border E-Commerce Public Service Center also signed cooperation agreements with cross-border e-commerce service providers and enterprises and announced the establishment of the Guiyang-Ningbo Cross-Border E-Commerce Service Alliance.
