The Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone has been actively promoting the development of industrial parks in recent years. It has introduced third-party operating companies to build industrial parks and attract more enterprises.
A third-party industrial park refers to the outsourcing of the development and management of an industrial park to a third-party operating organization. Compared to direct government investment and management, third-party operating companies have professional and strong investment attraction teams and operational systems in place.
So far, the zone has signed contracts with seven third-party park operating companies for eight industrial park projects, with a total investment of 4.59 billion yuan ($632.1 million).

The Jiahai Guiyang Aviation Industrial Park, a small and medium-sized industrial park based on the theme of aviation manufacturing, is being built by Jiahai Industrial Development Group.
After completion, it will introduce electronic information, high-end equipment manufacturing, and aviation-related manufacturing industries.
Through government-enterprise cooperation, the park has signed contracts with five projects that are currently awaiting settlement, with a planned total investment of 110 million yuan, using standard plants of 10,000 square meters.

The Guiyang Shuanglong Intelligent Industrial Park is another third-party industrial park under construction in the zone. The park is planned to be developed in four phases, with 16 buildings.
Phase one plans to construct four standard plants, totaling 40,000 square meters, and is expected to be delivered by the end of the year.
The park will mainly introduce advanced CNC lathes and high-end technical talents, producing hydraulic equipment and intelligent high-or-low voltage distribution cabinets.

Among the eight third-party operating industrial parks in the zone, the Shuanglong Advanced Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park is the only lightweight asset project.
The first phase, covering 380,000 square meters and including 16 standard plants, is about to be delivered. The second phase will include office buildings, research and development centers, and talent apartments as supporting facilities for the park.
