The Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone in the city of Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, held an investment promotion on April 23, with more than 40 enterprises participating.

At the event, Li Wei, deputy secretary of the Party working committee and director of the administrative committee of the Shuanglong zone, gave a presentation about the attractions of the region.
He talked about Guizhou's beautiful scenery, Guiyang's great climate and ambient air quality, as well as Shuanglong zone's development planning, location advantages, business environment, support policies and open platforms.
During the exchanges, many guests showed a strong interest in the development of the Shuanglong zone's solid industrial foundation and its excellent business environment.

Some entrepreneurs with investment intentions said they would visit the Shuanglong zone in the near future.
Wen Bin, general manager of resident business Guangzhou Wexis Biotech Limited, said the zone had convenient transportation, a beautiful ecosystem and a positive environment for economic development. Wen added that it was well worth a company's investment.
Moving forwards, plans are for the Shuanglong zone to continue to focus on investment promotions to ensure that projects can settle in as soon as possible and create a dynamic business environment for the development of resident enterprises.
