Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has continuously optimized its government services in 2022 and will continue to do so this year to offer convenience to people and enterprises.
Its government service center aims to enable enterprises and the public to deal with all matters at one window with one visit.
To realize this goal, a volunteer team composed of Party members at the center has been established to provide around-the-clock services. The volunteers will work at noon and on weekends in turn, and will help enterprises and residents deal with special cases. Quick self-service is also offered to solve simple matters. Over 7,700 cases have benefited from such services in 2022.
A "one window for all matters" service model has been carried out. The center has also kept expanding its service range. It developed real estate registration services by cooperating with various departments. Five windows for real estate registration have been launched, which have handled 1,082 related cases in 2022.
A list of matters that can be dealt with at the center and a list of contacts for government services were published as brochures, a useful guide for enterprises, and a plan to improve online government services has been rolled out, increasing the rate of dealing with matters online from 72.12 percent to 90 percent.
The center is also committed to building two 15-minute government service circles in Xiaobi village and Shuitapo community to benefit local residents and enterprises.
The government service hall was included in two provincial-level demonstration projects due to its multiple functions and innovative services.
To keep improving the center's services, dozens of training lectures were given to its personnel and both incentive measures such as the selection of best service windows and "Star of Service" were taken to encourage the personnel.
