The company set up operations in the Shuanglong zone in March this year. In just a few months, it had grown into a major high-tech enterprise, not only doubling its employee count, but also achieving an output value of more than 10 million yuan ($1.43 million).
Daima Technology has created a relatively relaxed, open, and healthy work environment designed to stimulate the inner potential of employees.
The company also employs an all-employee shareholding system involving monetary incentives intended to further stimulate innovation.

"The company's rapid development is inseparable from the strong support of the Shuanglong zone," said Wan Yuebo, partner representative of the company.
When the company set up operations in the Shuanglong zone in March, it coincided with the zone's release of policies related to industrial multiplication, investment attraction and business optimization.
These policies have provided all-round support for the company in terms of talent introduction, financial subsidies and taxes.
