The Guiyang University-Shuanglong Collaborative Entrepreneurship and Innovation Base was recently included in the list of the 2022 national small and micro enterprise entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration bases.
The base was jointly built by Guiyang University and Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone, both located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
It is a new platform for the promotion of integrated development between schools and governments, as well as for the sharing of innovative capabilities.
So far, the base has gathered 134 small and micro enterprises and has 2,316 employees and 53 innovation and entrepreneurship mentor teams, while 19 external professional institutions are cooperating with the base.
In recent years, the Shuanglong zone has attached great importance to the cultivation and promotion of small and micro enterprises, and is also promoting entrepreneurship and innovation among such enterprises. To this end, it has issued the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone Market Entities Cultivation Plan (2022-2025).
Moving forward, the Shuanglong zone will guide the base to optimize the entrepreneurship and innovation environment for small and medium-sized enterprises, and strengthen communication with enterprises operating in the base.
