During the 2022 Guiyang and Guian New Area Talent Month in May, Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone launched a series of activities to attract a large number of university and college graduates to the zone for employment and entrepreneurship.
At the four job fairs, organized by the zone and held at Guizhou University, Guizhou University of Finance and Economics, Guizhou Normal University and Guiyang University, more than 70 companies provided more than 700 jobs in total.
The zone invited some universities and colleges to visit enterprises such as Guizhou Ensure Pharmaceutical Company to carry out talent cooperation and exchange.
The zone has signed strategic cooperation agreements with universities and colleges to promote education, science and technology, culture, talent and other multi-level and multi-field exchanges and cooperation.

Also, relying on "internet +" and new media technologies, three livestreams introducing job positions at well-known enterprises as well as in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry and medicine and food industry were held to promote the zone's talent policies and introduce the needs of key enterprises and positions.
During the livestreams, more than 1,100 high-quality jobs were provided related to computers, medicine, marketing, finance, and management, among others.
In addition, to further attract young talent to the zone for innovation and entrepreneurship, the zone has formulated a series of preferential policies related to living facilities, innovation and entrepreneurship, and incentive care.
