Li Wei, deputy secretary of the Party working committee and director of the administrative committee of Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone, led a team to visit Guangzhou Changyue New Energy Technology Co – based in Guangzhou, capital of South China's Guangdong province – on May 11.
Established in 2019, the company is mainly involved in investment, operating electric vehicle charging infrastructure, the sales of new energy prime mover equipment and the sales of new energy commercial vehicle production and testing equipment.
During the visit, the two sides signed an agreement to build the Changyue Guiyang Modern Intelligent Logistics Park in the airport economic zone.

Covering an area of 209 mu (13.93 hectares) and with a total investment of 1 billion yuan ($147.36 million), the proposed logistics park will be a new energy vehicles raw materials storage center, a vehicle display center, a supply chain settlement center, a cold chain storage center and an import and export trade center.
When open for business, the park's annual operating income will be about 1 billion yuan.
Li Wei said the Shuanglong zone will provide efficient services for the proposed park and introduce upstream and downstream industry supply chain projects to it related to new energy vehicles.
