To better meet the travel needs of different types of civil aviation passengers, the Public Security Bureau of the Civil Aviation Administration of China recently helped the National Civil Aviation Public Security Big Data Training Center develop the "civil aviation temporary check-in permit" (民航临时乘机证) Alipay applet, which has been put into use.
Passengers can search for the "civil aviation temporary check-in permit" applet on Alipay to quickly apply for temporary check-in certification.
Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport offers Alipay "civil aviation temporary check-in permit" online handling operation guides at the public security duty rooms of its T1 and T1 terminals, as well as at security check sites.

The airport is located in the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
Currently, there are five ways to apply for a temporary flight certificate at the airport.
Passengers traveling from the airport, if they do not carry a valid ID, can apply for temporary check-in permits through the online Guizhou Public Security APP and WeChat applet, Alipay applet, and temporary boarding certificate self-check-in machines and offline manual counters.
"In the past, there were not so many ways to handle it. Some passengers do not have enough time to complete the process, which delays the flight. These new methods have greatly reduced the processing time for passengers," said Chen Siyu, a police officer at the airport police station.
