During this year's National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport's recovery from the novel coronavirus epidemic period continued to take off.
Between Oct 1 and 8, there were 3,861 take-offs and landings, with 523,000 passengers and cargo and mail throughput of 2,297.16 metric tons.

The passenger throughput was basically unchanged from the same period last year, while the number of takeoffs and landings was up 0.36 percent year-on-year and the cargo and mail throughput was up 24.56 percent.
During the eight-day break, the passenger flows at the airport mainly came from hot cities led by Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, Hangzhou and Shenzhen.
By the end of August, the airport had resumed a total of 237 routes, including 217 domestic routes and 20 international routes.
