Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone in Guiyang, capital of China's Southwest Guizhou province, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement and a talent introduction exchange training cooperation agreement on Sept 17 with Guiyang University.
The agreements were signed at a school-government cooperation and exchange meeting between the two sides.
They will jointly establish a Guiyang university liaison station for talents to work in Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone, and the Guiyang University-Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone industrial development research center.
The cooperation between the two sides has already established a higher-level innovation and development platform, moving school-government relations to a new stage of development.
The new agreements will definitely play an important role in enhancing the construction of the independent enterprise innovation platform, as well as independent innovation capabilities and the core competitiveness of local businesses.
Under the terms of the agreements, the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in supporting the entrepreneurship and employment of university graduates.
They will establish a two-way flow of high-level people, introducing cutting-edge talents from at home and abroad and establishing a national technology business incubator.
In addition, Guiyang University will send eight science and technology students to companies in the economic zone to provide special technology guidance.
