A three-year action plan for specific rectification on safety production in Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone was released on May 20.
From May 20 until December 2022, the zone will focus on 17 industry areas to organize special refinements aimed at promoting a fundamental improvement in the health and safety practices of industries in the zone.
The industry areas include hazardous chemicals, fire extinguishing, road transportation, construction engineering, urban construction, industrial parks and industrial and trade industry enterprises, cultural tourism safety, rural safety remediation, geological disaster prevention and control, and urban and rural power distribution networks.
The zone will strive to establish public safety investigations into concealed issues and create a safety prevention and control system to accelerate the modernization of the zone's health and safety practices and governance capacity.
In addition, it established leading groups to look at specific rectifications on safety production throughout the three-year action plan.
