Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone taxation bureau recently began introducing online tech methods to help customers during the time of the novel coronavirus outbreak and also organized work training sessions on handling personal income tax annual settlements.

The State Taxation Administration issued an announcement that the 2019 annual personal income tax settlement processing window will be from March 1 to June 30, 2020.
Online, through its WeChat public account and telephone publicity, the Guizhou airport economic zone taxation bureau informed clients of the time of the settlement.
Officials said that that because this is currently still a critical period for epidemic prevention and control in order to strengthen risk prevention, the taxation bureau advocated taxpayers to use online methods to apply for tax refunds.
Offline, the taxation service hall is guiding taxpayers to handle their tax settlements in batches, properly resolving tax pressures, reducing the risk of epidemic infection and improving tax efficiency.

According to statistics, since the opening of a mobile app for personal income tax annual settlements on April 1, a total of 716 taxpayers in the zone have successfully applied for tax refunds.
