In an effort to help enterprises resume work and production, Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone has successively introduced various measures, according to officials in the southwestern province.
As of now, 54 industrial enterprises above a designated size, those with annual revenue of 20 million yuan ($2.85 million) or more, have returned normal work in the zone.
In addition, 18 key provincial and major projects under construction, as well as 10 projects being built by Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Development and Investment Group Co have all resumed work.
Aimed at key protection enterprises contributing to epidemic prevention and control, or those affected by the epidemic, the zone has introduced specific measures. These are in areas of financial support, financial services, taxes and fees reduction, cost reductions, life support and quality services.
It arranged 100 million yuan ($14.34 million) of funds to help enterprises solve problems such as work resumption, logistics and supplies, supporting their stable operations.
To date, Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Development and Investment Group Co has successively purchased more than 400,000 masks, 181 bottles of sulfur dioxide disinfection solution, 2,410 bottles of disposable hand sanitizers and 2,510 liters of alcohol for businesses.
The zone has also organized qualified catering companies to carry out group meal delivery services to help companies, construction sites, parks and government agencies with the problem of difficult and expensive meals during the epidemic.
In addition, through online services of the zone's government affairs service center, enterprises can apply for registration, change registration and cancel registration of market entities online.
