19 professionals sign employment contracts at Guiyang talent event

Guiyang held a recruitment event for mid- and senior-level professionals at the China Guiyang Human Resources Service Industrial Park on Sept 5. Hosted by the Guiyang bureau of human resources and social security, the event resulted in 19 candidates signing employment contracts with participating companies.

Ten leading State-owned enterprises from key industries took part, offering 46 mid- and senior-level positions in areas including business management, professional and technical work, and highly skilled roles.

The event attracted 106 visits from mid- and senior-level job seekers, including experienced industry professionals, candidates with master's or doctoral degrees, and professionals with intermediate or senior titles or relevant skills certificates.

The recruitment event focused on addressing demand for talent in key industries, core technical expertise, and experienced management. Through targeted matching, efficient engagement, and private interviews, the event aimed to address challenges in recruiting mid- and senior-level professionals, as well as low efficiency and accuracy in talent matching.

"We will continue to focus on developing key industries in Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area and regularly organize targeted and professional talent recruitment and matching events," said an official from the Guiyang Talent Service Center. The next recruitment event for mid- and senior-level professionals is scheduled for Sept 20.
