Guiyang launches recruitment activities to support college graduates

A series of recruitment activities targeting college graduates were launched in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, in July to encourage more young people to pursue employment and entrepreneurship in Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area. The activities will run through December.

The activities are scheduled to feature 45 on-site job fairs covering a wide range of sectors, including medicine, education, scientific research and technical services, manufacturing, big data and information technology, transportation and logistics, construction, and elderly care and healthcare services.

As of July 20, six job fairs had been held, attracting more than 2,700 job seekers and collecting 2,236 resumes.

The seventh job fair will be held on July 22, with 80 employers participating, including medical institutions such as the Guiyang Stomatological Hospital, as well as companies including Guiyang Xianfeng Machine Tool Co. More than 2,500 job opportunities across various sectors will be offered.
