Guiyang launches State-backed flexible employment platform

Guiyang Talent Group launched Zhucai Linggong, a State-backed flexible employment platform, on June 17, opening its services to both businesses and freelance workers. It aims to help businesses reduce operating costs while creating more diverse and flexible employment opportunities across Guiyang.

The digital platform enables companies to complete the entire hiring process online, including registration, task posting, work acceptance, payment management, and invoice applications. Individual workers can register through a mobile mini program, sign service agreements, accept assignments, deliver completed work, and receive payments online, creating a seamless end-to-end digital experience.

The platform integrates contract management, payments, invoicing, business operations, and data management into a single digital system. It also supports the issuance of 6 percent value-added tax special invoices and handles individual income tax withholding, helping businesses meet tax compliance requirements while reducing administrative burdens.
