The Baiyun district bureau of human resources and social security has established job matching service stations in areas with high concentrations of flexible workers, providing targeted employment support. So far, these stations have served more than 50 flexible workers and matched them with positions in plumbing, handling, cleaning, and machine operation.

Wang, a water and electricity maintenance worker in Baiyun district, found a job opportunity through this service organized by the bureau. "Before, I had to wait by the roadside and rely on luck to find work," he said. "After scanning the code and registering today, I quickly got matched with a maintenance job. It’s much more convenient than before." He also joined a Baiyun district flexible employment WeChat group, where he can check daily job postings at any time.

The bureau staff members collect information such as workers' skills and job preferences, and match them with local employers’ needs, usually completing the process within two working days.

The district has also established WeChat groups for daily job postings, continuing to provide regular community-based services that enable workers to access job opportunities and policy information close to home. Service stations also offer free protective supplies such as gloves and masks to improve working conditions.
